General Refund Policy for GuideBali Services

We strive to provide the best service to our customers. However, we understand that plans can change. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions for refunds on our various services.

1. Refund Eligibility and Conditions

Refunds can be issued for tour packages, tickets, attractions, etc. that have not been used and have been fully paid. The terms are as follows:

  • 3 days or more before the expiration date: full refund (less bank admin fee of Rp33,000 / approximately US$2.5)
  • 2 days before the expiration date: 75% refund (less bank admin fee of Rp33,000 / approximately US$2.5)
  • 1 day before the expiration date: 50% refund (less bank admin fee of Rp33,000 / approximately US$2.5)
  • For expired packages, a refund of 25% can be requested (less bank admin fee of Rp33,000 / approximately US$2.5).

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Please fill out this form and select Refund Request follow by order number.
  2. Provide your booking reference number, name, and reason for the refund request on email body.

3. Processing Time

  • Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 Days.
  • If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • No-shows on the scheduled date of the service.
  • Cancellations made less than 2 days (48 hours) before the scheduled date.
  • Refund requests made after the service has commenced.

5. Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political instability, or other events beyond our control, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

6. Amendments to the Refund Policy

We reserve the right to amend this refund policy at any time. Changes to the refund policy will be posted on our website, and the date of the latest revision will be indicated at the top of this policy.
